This withdrawal instruction applies to consumers within the European Union and the European Economic Area, in accordance with the Austrian Fern- und Auswärtsgeschäfte-Gesetz (FAGG), implementing EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

Your Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Refunds are processed through our payment provider Polar.

Exception for Digital Services

If you have requested that the provision of the digital service begins during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time you informed us of your exercise of the right of withdrawal, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

Important: If you expressly consent to the immediate provision of the digital service and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed, the right of withdrawal no longer applies after the service has been fully provided. This consent is obtained during the checkout process.
